Phil & Karen

Phil & Karen believe owning this bookstore / coffee shop to be a ministry as well as a business. They’ve seen many changes in the industry after 25 years – but the needs of the people are the same. People seeking to know more about the Awesome God we serve, people needing hope in difficult times and people looking for ways to encourage others they come in contact with. Phil and Karen have 5 kids as well as a beautiful daughter in law (Kylie) and son in law (Tim).

Justin & Kylie

Justin is the son of  Phil & Karen (grandson of original owners) and has been raised in the store. He and his lovely bride Kylie manage our fabulous coffee shop. They were both professional baristas prior to managing the coffee shop portion of the bookstore. They have two adorable pitbulls named Ollie and Ella.

Barb

She has been serving in our store since the year 2000. “So many books, so little time”

Karen

Has worked for Crossroads since 2008. She loves that prayer is the foundation of this store and seeing the joy on people’s faces when we have what they’re looking for.

Rachel

Howdy! (: My name is Rachel. I am a God-fearing, natural red head that came from a small town in Ohio. I am currently a student at GCU studying Special Education. I enjoy Disney, art, loud music, fast roller-coasters, and spending time with my family and friends. I live for God and can't wait to see what he will do with me! I gain happiness from giving and making others around me happy. On that note, I would love to make you a drink! (:

Tenisha

My name is Tenisha Grant and I currently work as a preschool teacher. I have a passion for working with children and a heart to serve those around me. Some of my greatest loves are traveling, reading, music, and food! I have been friends with Justin and Kylie Kary for a few years and am thrilled to be working alongside them serving the community.
